9 Days Samburu – Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara – Lake Naivasha – Amboseli Safari

This shall be a full day of unlimited wildlife viewing.  With a picnic lunch. Samburu National Reserve is well known to hold the special or unique six wild animals of Kenya namely; reticulated giraffe, gerenuk/giraffe gazelle, oryx gazelle, Grevy’s zebra, vulturine guinea fowl and Somali Ostrich. Other species of mammal include the African bush elephant, African buffalo, lion, leopard, cheetah, and hyena. Over 365 species of birds have been recorded in the reserve. The reserve also lies along River Ewaso Nyiro, a home to hippopotamuses and crocodiles. The river’s name is derived from the local community’s language meaning River of brown or muddy water, Dinner and overnight at camp or Lodge.

Early morning game and scenery viewing drive after breakfast as you exit the Samburu. There shall be a stop at the Thompson falls at Nyahururu. Proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park, Arrival will be in time for lunch at your lodge. In the afternoon you will embark on a game drive in this park a birdlife heaven, at the floor of the Great Rift Valley. Lake Nakuru is known for hosting some endangered but beautiful species. You’re sure to see rare Rothschild’s Giraffe along with white rhino, especially along the lakeshore. The park is also sanctuary to one of Kenya’s largest populations of black rhino.later come back for dinner and overnight at Hotel or Lodge.

After breakfast Depart Lake Nakuru and drive further along the floor of the Rift Valley with scenic views of  Lake Elementaita  , which are in the Great Riftvalley from afar on the main highway to Masai Mara Game Reserve. You will pass through Narok town, a famous Masai town. You will arrive in time for lunch. Check in at the lodge check in, and have lunch. Then have an afternoon game drive through the park in search of the lion, cheetah, elephant, buffalo, and other members of the Big Five plus other animals in the evening, come back to the camp or lodge for Dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, you will depart with picnic lunch boxes for a full-day game viewing in the Masai Mara Game Reserve. A Masai Mara safari is an unmissable highlight of any holiday in Kenya. There are breathtaking panoramas in every direction, a vast range of wildlife including the Big Five, and a rich cultural heritage to explore. Kenya’s Masai Mara is, without doubt, one of the greatest safari destinations in Africa. Between July and October, things get busy in the Great Migration. Millions of zebra and wildebeest make the perilous crossing across the Masai Mara in search of new grazing territory. And in their wake comes a veritable horde of predators including lion and leopard. Our guide will make sure that you get the best photographic opportunities as well as enriching you with the different amazing cultural practices of the local communities of Maasai people Dinner and overnight at camp or Lodge.

Early morning pre-breakfast game drive. After breakfast, depart the Mara region for Lake Naivasha with lunch enroute arriving late afternoon with optional of boat ride at an extra cost. Or visit the crescent island, Dinner and overnight at the Hotel Or Lodge.

After Breakfast tour the Hell’s gate national park, the park has attractions like the Olkaria and Hobley’s, two extinct volcanoes and the obsidian forms from the cool molten lava. Within Hell’s Gate is the Hells Gate Gorge, lined with red cliffs which contains two volcanic plugs, Fisher’s Tower and Central Tower which isa smaller gorge that extends to the south and of which a path descends into hot springs. Depart for Amboseli national park arriving in the evening with dinner and overting at camp or Lodge.

A day of game drives in this park which contains swamp grounds in which elephants and hippos bathe in abundance. A variety of plains game, antelopes and birds can also be seen and Mt. Kilimanjaro’s peak too if weather conditions permit. We will cater for picnic lunches, Dinner and overnight at the camp or lodge.

After breakfast check out at the lodge and if weather permits you will see the view of Mount Kilimanjaro, later depart Amboseli park for Nairobi with a Picnic lunch served en-route arriving in Nairobi late afternoon you will be dropped at the airport for your flight back home.
